Every project begins with our initial 15-minute client discovery call. During this call, we discuss your project based on your intake form to determine if our team fits your needs and answer any questions or concerns you may have.
Following your discovery call is your in-person consultation. You’ll meet 1:1 with Michele to discuss the fine details of working with Organized by MC. Michele will review your spaces with you, take any necessary measurements, and dive deep into your goals for your family and home. You will also review your budget and aesthetic preferences during the consultation.
You’ll reserve your sessions with our team and complete the not-so-fun (but oh-so-necessary) details of your project. Once your contract is signed and returned, our team will have the green light to add you to the schedule and proceed with pre-session work.
Before your sessions begin, we spend our time space-planning for your home. We’ll also devote time to shopping and designing your spaces, ensuring your in-home session time is used efficiently.

On the day of your session, our compassionate team of go-getters works hard at bringing your customized plan to life within the walls of your home. We transform your space with intentional decluttering, sorting, purging, and installing sustainable systems that simplify your daily lifestyle.
Communication with you is crucial before, during and after your sessions. Once the hands-on work is completed, we’ll walk you through your space, help you become acquainted with your new systems, and ensure complete satisfaction.
